A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Crumble the patties, but not too fine, the structure of the slices must still keep. Heat the milk and pour it over the crumbled mace. Using a fork, gently mix the milk and mace so that the slices are not crushed.

Immediately the dry dough soaks up the milk. Pull a little (5-10 min) until the milk has disappeared in the quantity. Next, add the four eggs and gently fold them in.

Heat a tablespoon of light butter in a frying pan and when the fat is hot, pour in the matzo mixture. Sizzle over medium heat until the edges are golden brown and the mixture can be easily moved back and forth in the frying pan. Add fat to the frying pan again, take a plate, place the finished fried side on it, turn to the other side and toast the other side in the same way.

When the matzo is done, it will have a mild fragrance and will be quite tender and fluffy inside. Divide into four portions, sprinkle with sugar and maybe some cinnamon.
