Quark oil dough:

Covering:

Instructions:

For the dough, stir all ingredients except flour and baking powder in a baking bowl until the sugar has dissolved.

Mix the flour and baking powder and knead briefly with the curd mixture.

Transfer the dough to a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet, flour your hands, and pull the dough apart so that the baking sheet is evenly covered.

Remove the skin from the apples, core them and cut them into wedges. Arrange the apple slices like a roof tile on the dough. Sprinkle the raisins on top.

In a baking bowl, stir together the sour sugar, eggs, whipped cream, vanilla sugar, yogurt and ground cinnamon, pour the mixture over the apples and spread evenly over them as much as possible. Bake the cake at 160 C° convection oven (top and bottom heat 180 °C ) for about 45 minutes until golden brown.

Have fun with this fine cake!
