Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Season the whipped cream with pepper and a tiny bit of grated lime zest, boil in a saucepan at high temperature until half. In the meantime, form the linguine in enough boiling salted water. Remove bones and skin from the salmon fillet, cut into fine strips or small cubes (I prefer strips). Stir into the sauce and cook very briefly. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Once the linguine is cooked al dente, drain very well, mix with the salmon whipped cream sauce. Serve garnished with lime.
