Instructions:

For the Jägerwecken, cut the sandwich open at one end and scoop out the bread with a spoon. Pluck the bread mixture into small pieces and set aside.

Cream the butter with cream cheese, mustard, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley. Incorporate the bread mixture. Cut the Gouda, ham, salami, pickles and the eggs into small pieces and mix well with the butter-bread mixture.

Pour the mixture into the sandwich and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, wrapped in plastic wrap.

Cut the Jägerwecken into slices and serve.
