Thanks to our user Christa60 for this Mediterranean recipe that took 2nd place in our Conte DeCesare recipe contest.

For the Italian Peach Salad, wash and spin dry the arugula, chopping it up a bit if necessary.

Wash and dice the peaches. Cut a slice of the peach in a fan shape and set aside as decoration for the peach salad.

Dice the buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto as well.

For the dressing, whisk together Conte DeCESARE Olive Oil, Conte DeCESARE Aceto Balsamico and the honey and add some herb salt or pepper to taste.

Arrange the arugula on a plate, top with the mozzarella, prosciutto and peaches and spread the dressing over the Italian peach salad.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the Italian peach salad with fresh bread.
