Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onions, garlic and almond kernels. Add the chard and sauté briefly. Add white wine and raisins and cook for about 5 minutes at low temperature until tender. Serve with long grain rice or potatoes.

Tip: If you don’t like raisins, just leave them out.
