Rinse potatoes and soften for 30-35 min, peel and mash while still hot. Dice onions and sauté in melted butter until translucent. Now take out repeatedly. Knead the minced parsley with the potatoes, flour and spices, salt and oil. gradually add the water. At the end, stir in the cooled onions. Divide dough into 10 on the spot pieces. Roll out on floured surface into patties of about 15 cm. Preheat oven to 75 °C.

Fry patties in melted lard over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Keep warm in oven until all patties are done.
