Instructions:

For the honey slices, prepare a kneaded dough from the ingredients for the dough (if the dough is a little too compact, I knead in 2-3 tablespoons of milk.) Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, roll each out to the dimensions of the baking tray and prick several times with a fork. Preheat the oven to 180° and bake the pastry sheets one by one.
