Instructions:

Wash the potatoes and add cold water, salt and boil without a lid until soft. Strain, rinse with cold water and peel. Dice while still lukewarm and mix with the remaining ingredients. Strain beans and rinse briefly with lukewarm water if necessary. Drain fork rolls or Russians, keep pickled onions and marinade for salad. The herrings are briefly soaked in cold water u. cut into small pieces. Mix with the cooked potatoes cut into small cubes and the beans and possibly the pickled chopped onions. Mix sour cream with some marinade and pour over the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, mustard and some dill. The salad should be prepared at least 1 – 2 hours before serving.
