Soften butter in warmed baking bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs, mix until creamy and sugar dissolves.
Add hazelnuts, chocolate powder and milk, mix well. Combine flour with baking powder, add salt, sift to the mixed mixture, fold in and pour into a greased cake springform pan.
Bake: Bake on the lowest rack at 200 °C for 45-50 min.
