Sauté onion in lard until soft and add clear soup. Add bay leaf spice, cabbage and chopped dried mushrooms, boil well. Arrange ham and sorrel in hot plates. Pour the clear soup over it. Decorate with a little sour whipped cream as well as the dill, grind pepper over it.
