For the gratinated cabbage, wash, clean and finely shred the cabbage.

Grate the cheese.

Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls.

Bring the cabbage to the boil in the vegetable soup and simmer for 3 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C and grease a baking dish.

For the sauce, heat the butter in a pan and dust in the flour and curry. Let it brown a little and pour in milk. Stir in half of the cheese and let it melt.

Put the cabbage in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for fifteen minutes, until the cheese has melted on the surface and is lightly browned.
