Chop the grams and bring to the boil with 750 ml of water or seltzer soup. Rinse flour with remaining water and stir into the boiling water with the grams. Cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and vinegar. Heat remaining grams in a pan. Serve hot soup in warmed plates, sprinkle with crispy grams and chopped parsley and serve immediately.
