Instructions:

Cut the bread dumplings into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the bread dumplings until golden brown.

Pour the eggs over them and mix well with the bread dumplings. Continue frying until the eggs have set.

Serve the dumplings with egg and garnish with chives.

Preparation Tip:
