Remove the peel from the ginger and chop finely, clean the spring onions, rinse and cut into fine rings. Mix both with six tablespoons of oil, soy sauce, pepper and curry powder. Rinse chicken breast fillet, dry, dice, mix with marinade and let marinade for about 120 minutes.

Peel bananas. Slice one banana, wrap each whole banana with a slice of bacon.

Remove seeds and peel from honeydew melon and cut flesh into large cubes. Remove peel from kiwis and cut into thick slices.

Alternate prepared banana, chicken cubes, melon and kiwi on eight wooden skewers. Cut remaining bacon slices in half.For each skewer, wrap two pieces of fruit with a bacon slice.

Brush skewers with marinade and grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

20 minutes. Brush bacon bananas with remaining oil, place on aluminum foil and grill for about 15 minutes. Serve with a green leaf salad.
