Instructions:

For the fried rice, first prepare the large fresh shrimp by removing the shell but leaving the tail part and also the second joint. Now cut the onion, zucchini and bell bell pepper into small pieces.

Fry the thinly sliced garlic in a heated pan with oil until yellow.

Add the prepared vegetables to the garlic and continue frying.

Now add the cooked rice to the vegetables, mix gently and continue frying everything over low heat.
