Instructions:

For the flatbread with elderflowers, sift the flour into a warmed baking bowl.

Make an indentation. Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water and add a pinch of sugar. Stir in the dough with a little flour. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in volume. Now mix the dough with water, sugar, butter and salt, kneading well with your hands at the end. Let it rise again for half an hour in a warm place with the lid closed.
