Instructions:

Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into fine slices. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and spread evenly on the fish.

Rinse the tomatoes, put them in a food processor with the herbs. Grind them briefly together with the tomato paste and the peeled garlic.

Heat the oil in a saucepan or small frying pan and sauté the puree for 2 minutes.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining oil and the Parmesan. Butter a gratin dish, pour in the tomato puree, place the fish on top, season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar. Spread the potatoes evenly over the top and finally sprinkle the Parmesan crumbs over the whole.

Bake everything at 210 degrees for about 25 to half an hour.
