For the fig punch, place the fig quarters in the punch bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour over the rum and let everything steep together for at least 5 hours (or preferably overnight) with the lid closed.

Now add the rosé wine, stir carefully and top with sparkling wine and mineral water.

Serve the fig punch iced!
