Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Remove the skin and tendons from the pork fisherman and cut into 2 cm cubes, turn in the starch flour on the other side. Heat the clarified butter in a frying pan and sear the meat on all sides until crispy, season with salt and pepper and remove from the frying pan.

Fry the shallot strips, ginger as well as the garlic in the same frying pan, dust with the curry powder, extinguish with white wine and balsamic vinegar. Briefly simmer lightly and pour in the whipping cream. Season everything together with salt and pepper and cook until creamy.

Remove the skin from the apples and cut into small cubes. Heat the sesame oil and fry the apple cubes in it a little bit.

Add the meat and the apple cubes to the sauce, warm it up, fold in the whipped cream and add the parsley.

Green noodles: Boil the pasta in hot salted water, rinse when cool and drain in a sieve. In a deep frying pan, fry the noodles in sesame oil with the shallot and carrot strips until crispy.

Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and diced chili pepper. Add the roasted and coarsely chopped peanuts, toss once and bring to the table with the pork goulash.
