Instructions:

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

For the Easter bunnies, soften the chocolate. Cut the chocolate balls in half using a sharp knife. Dab some softened chocolate on the top of the hemispheres and place a sugar pearl on each as a “flower”. Also dab the chocolate lentils with a little chocolate and stick 2 lentils side by side on each as “paws”. Apply remaining chocolate thinly to the front of the chocolate lentils and glue on one sugar heart per “paw” as a “sole”. Let dry.

Melt the chocolate glaze according to package directions. Once chocolate glaze is liquid, pour onto prepared baking sheet and smooth with a palette if necessary.

Place prepared bunnies on top, spreading chocolate lentils all around. Finally, loosely sprinkle the entire surface with pistachios and sugar flowers.

Allow Easter bunny chocolate to harden completely and break into coarse pieces to taste. Store in a cool place.
