Instructions:

For the dumplings in caper sauce, soak the rolls in milk. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water on the stove for 20-25 minutes. Mix grated carrots and diced onions with curd cheese, minced meat, eggs, squeezed out buns, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Form about 8 dumplings and let them soak in the clear vegetable soup for 15 minutes. Remove the dumplings from the soup and keep warm.

Boil 500 ml of the soup with the milk left over from the soaking. Mix the cornflour with a little cold milk and thicken the boiling liquid with it. Mix the sauce with horseradish, capers and finely chopped parsley.
