Instructions:

First prepare the dough. Knead flour, salt, curry powder and butter. Add the water. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.

In the meantime, peel onion, chop finely and fry in a little oil until translucent.

Cut bell bell pepper into small pieces and fry. Cut zucchini into small cubes and sauté. Squeeze in the garlic cloves, finely chop the fresh herbs and salt the vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Grease the quiche dish with butter.

Roll out the dough and put it into the form. Prick the bottom of the dough several times with a fork. Sprinkle semolina on the bottom (absorbs the excess liquid). Spread the zucchini vegetables on top.

Chop the tomatoes and puree with a hand blender. Add eggs, cream, basil (finely chopped), salt and pepper and whisk again with a hand blender.

Pour over zucchini filling. Press on the overhanging edges to reinforce the edges. Slice the mozzarella and spread over the quiche.

Place half a cocktail tomato in the center on a small piece of mozzarella. Place in oven on medium heat and bake for about 30 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you let the dough rest longer, the curry flavor comes out even better.
