For the cupcakes, first prepare the batter. For the batter, preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the egg and the yogurt and mix.

Gradually add the oil. If the batter seems too thick, you can add a little more milk, but the batter should be thick!

Pour the batter 3/4 full into muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes, letting the muffins cool when done.

For the cream, melt white chocolate in a water bath. Put the curd cheese in a bowl and mix with the vanilla sugar.

Add the liquid chocolate, season to taste and pour the cream into a piping bag. Using a serrated nozzle, pipe the cream onto the muffins in a circle.

For the cream of the cupcakes you can also use Junior Chocolate or white Kit Kat instead of normal white chocolate - also tastes great!
