Put the chicken pieces into boiling, salted water and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.

Remove and place in an ovenproof dish. Season well with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and roast chicken seasoning.

Roast at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes, basting with soup every 10 minutes.

Turn oven on to 250 °C and drizzle chicken pieces with a little oil. Roast for another 5 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy.
