A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

* Alternatively, 30 g dried mushrooms, soaked in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.

Clean the fresh mushrooms: cut away the stalks and stained areas, if soil is still attached, shower briefly, cut into leaves. Prepare fresh mushrooms on the spot!

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion. Sauté for a few minutes until translucent. Add the mushrooms. Sauté for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on top, mix everything together. Simmer for 1 minute. Douse with clear soup. Stir well. Cover and simmer gently for about 15 min. Add salt, pepper, juice of one lemon and nutmeg (freshly grated). Before serving, stir in the cream. Sprinkle with chives or parsley.
