For the cinnamon stars, mix butter with flour and the 2 eggs until smooth. Season with KANDISIN liquid and cinnamon. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out cookies with a star cutter and brush with egg yolk. Bake them on a greased baking tray at 200°C for about 10 minutes until golden. Spread half of the stars with jam and assemble.

Dip half of the cinnamon stars in diabetic chocolate.
