For the cinnamon stars, mix all ingredients into a dough and roll out to the thickness of the back of a knife. Cut out stars from the dough.
Place the cinnamon stars on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake slowly at about 150 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the egg white and hot water.
Place the cooled stars on top, glaze, sprinkle with sprinkles and leave to dry overnight.
Preparation Tip:
When the glaze is dry, place the cinnamon stars in a cookie tin and seal tightly.
