For the cinnamon loaf, preheat the oven to 180º C hot air.

Cream butter, 80 g sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks. Sift flour with baking powder and mix with nuts, chocolate, cinnamon and sifted cocoa.

Carefully mix the two masses together. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and the remaining powdered sugar until stiff and fold in.

Pour into a buttered and flour-dusted loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle with a cinnamon and powdered sugar mixture or coat with chocolate glaze.
