Instructions:

Dissolve yeast in water. Add flour, salt and oil and knead with the dough hook for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle dough with flour and let rise, covered, for about 2.5 hours.

Knead dough again and form a roll of bread. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake the ciabatta bread at 200 °C for about 35 minutes.
