For the chocolate nut guglhupf, peel the pears and cut into small pieces. Either grate the chocolate or cut it into small pieces as well.

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and rum well with a mixer, add eggs one at a time and stir in. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the mixture.
