Instructions:

For the chocolate mousse, prepare each mousse separately according to the following instructions.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Whisk egg and yolk until foamy and fold into the chocolate. Fold dissolved gelatine, rum, Grand Marnier and whipped cream into the chocolate.

Allow both mousses to set in the refrigerator.

Then cut out dumplings from both masses. Garnish with raspberries marinated in sugar and Maraschino and serve the two chocolate mousses.
