For the chocolate croissants, roll out the dough and cut out 15 rectangles of the same size. Depending on the size of the chocolate ribs, cut 1 or possibly 2 ribs into each of the rectangles.

Place the parcels end to end on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rise at room temperature for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees 15 minutes before you start baking. Brush the surface of the croissants with beaten egg.

Place in preheated oven, after 3 minutes turn heat down to 200 degrees and bake croissants for about 15 more minutes.

Keep checking the color, as the croissants will not all be ready at the same time. Then let cool and decorate with melted chocolate.
