For the chicken wok, cut the meat into thin strips. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sambal oelek, sugar and cornstarch to a marinade and pour over the meat.

Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Drain meat well and fry briefly, hot in a hot wok with 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

Remove meat from wok and keep warm. Cut vegetables into strips and sauté in wok with another tablespoon of sesame oil.

Add the meat to the vegetables and pour the remaining marinade over them. Once again, toss everything well and serve with rice.
