Thoroughly wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Finely dice the onion. Wash the lettuce and spin dry.
Whisk together hemp oil, honey, salt, pepper, water and vinegar to make a marinade, preferably using a hand blender, or whisking well for about 2 minutes.
Pour marinade over salad and serve quickly.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of hemp oil, you can use another high-quality oil. Linseed oil or pumpkin seed oil, etc..
