For the cauliflower pizza, first remove the stalk from the cauliflower. Then chop the individual pieces in a food processor. Place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for five minutes.

Then let cool a little and squeeze the water out of the cauliflower. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with egg, salt and the two cheeses. Lay out the baking paper and spread the cauliflower on it in a circle.
