Divide cauliflower into roses, remove peel from potatoes and cut off. Heat oil in a pan, fry finely chopped ginger and cumin briefly. Add cauliflower florets, turmeric, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix alees well and steam on low heat for 10 min. with lid closed.
