Cut out circles of 4-4, 5 cm ø from the graham bread. Mix the crème fraîche with the curd cheese until smooth and ready to spread. Season with mustard, salt and pepper. Rinse the cucumber thoroughly and cut into 0.5 cm slices, cut them into the same circles as the bread.
