Instructions:

Put the flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon sugar in a bowl and mix well.

Add in the yolks, melted butter and lukewarm milk. Knead into a dough with the dough hook of the mixer until the dough separates from the bowl and bubbles.

Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size. Divide dough into 10 parts.

Make 3 more parts of each part and shape them into a Striezel.

Whisk yolks and a little milk, brush the Striezel and sprinkle with hail sugar and almond flakes.

Bake the Allerheiligenstriezel at 175 °C for about 35-40 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Allerheiligenstriezel is always delicious for breakfast or as a small snack in between. Best with homemade jam, but even so completely without additives, it is worth every sin.
