Wash and clean the broccoli and divide into florets. Cook in plenty of salted water for no more than 10 minutes. Drain the broccoli and collect the broth.

Set aside a few broccoli florets.

Peel and chop the onion. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion until translucent. Add the broth, vegetable soup and milk.

Add the rest of the broccoli to the sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Crush the feta and add it. Finely puree everything and season with salt and pepper.

Briefly add whole broccoli florets to the sauce to warm up.

Preparation Tip:

As a side dish fits particularly well wholemeal pasta, rice or potatoes.
