For the broccoli vegetables, divide the broccoli into florets. Finely dice shallots and garlic, quarter cocktail tomatoes.

Sauté shallots in olive oil until translucent. Add broccoli florets and fry for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger in between.

When the broccoli florets are still crunchy, fry the tomatoes briefly. Season the broccoli vegetables with salt and pepper and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the broccoli vegetables as a side dish with meat or fish. Of course, you can also cut the broccoli stalk into small pieces and fry them, but they will not look so pretty.
