For the broccoli ham strudel, boil the frozen broccoli for 5 minutes, drain well in a colander and let cool. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the center with crème fraiche. Spread the broccoli on top, season well with salt and pepper.

Then place the ham cut into fine strips on top. Spread the sliced leek (also salted and peppered), which has been browned in a little butter, on top as well.Place 3 slices of cheese on each strudel. Beat the egg and brush the edges of the dough. Roll up the strudel, brush with egg and prick several times with a fork.

Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Leave the broccoli ham strudel in the oven for a while to absorb any liquid.

You can add sour cream with garlic to the broccoli ham strudel.
