For the broccoli feta quiche, first preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Wash the broccoli. Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces and blanch in boiling water for about 4 minutes, drain. Pour the shortcrust pastry into the quiche dish.

Strain feta cubes, reserving the oil as you go, and spread evenly over the quiche dish. Place broccoli in the mold.
