Broccoli Casserole with Ham and Cheese

Instructions:

Cook the pasta until it is firm to the bite.

While the pasta is cooking, wash the broccoli, remove the stalk and separate the small florets.

Grease the baking dish with butter and spread the broccoli florets on it. Mix in the cooked farfalle and sprinkle with the ham cut into small strips.

For the sauce, mix the milk and the whipped cream, add 1/4 of the cheese and season with a pinch of nutmeg and salt.

Then whisk the eggs well and spread them on the casserole together with the sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the casserole.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 °C hot air.

Preparation Tip:

The casserole also tastes wonderful with a mixture of broccoli and cauliflower.
