For the broccoli-cauliflower gratin, first divide the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and cook in salted water until al dente, drain well.

Meanwhile, grease a small baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs. Add whipped cream, grated hard cheese, crushed garlic clove, cumin, salt and pepper to eggs and stir well again.

Place broccoli and cauliflower in the baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over it and bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C (approx. 20-30 minutes).

When the gratin is nicely browned on top, remove and serve.

Serve the broccoli-cauliflower gratin with tomatoes and peppers.
