Try this delicious cake recipe:
Sift flour onto a work surface, add butter in small pieces and lightly grate together by hand until the whole thing looks even. Form a bulge in the center of the dough and pour in the remaining ingredients. Knead everything well together until the dough is smooth and no longer sticks, then rest for about 15 minutes. Then spread the dough in a springform pan and raise the sides.
Crumble
Make equal parts of butter, sugar and flour and spread evenly on the cake. Bake in oven heated to 200` for about 50 min.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
