Instructions:

Cut the onion into quarters, unpeeled, and dry roast the intersections in a pressure cooker until brown.

Pour in water. Add greens, soup seasoning and bay leaf and bring to a boil.

Once the water boils, add the meat and close the pressure cooker. Cook for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and clean the 4 carrots. After 45 minutes, steam the pressure cooker, open it and place the carrots in the soup.

Close again and cook for another 15 minutes. After steaming, remove the meat and carrots from the soup.

Pour the soup through a sieve into a soup pot and season with salt. Cut meat and carrots into small pieces.

Cook the vermicelli according to package directions. Serve the meat, carrots and noodles with the beef soup pot.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of noodles you can also use potatoes. These simply cut into small pieces and simmer.
