Dice bacon, ham and peeled onion and roast in roasting pan until bacon is crispy. Add the diced peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pour water (1). Saute at low temperature for 5 min, stirring throughout. Add the threaded capers cut into small pieces, beans, olives, oregano salt and pepper. pour a quarter cup of water. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
