For the icing, dice the marzipan. Mix with sugar and eggs with the dough hook until creamy. Fold in crème fraîche and sauce powder.

Rinse, halve and core the apples. Fill raisins into the cavities. Place apples in a greased ovenproof dish. Pour the glaze over them.

Bake the casserole in the heated oven (electric oven: 200 degrees / convection oven: 175 degrees / gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes. After about 20 minutes sprinkle with almond flakes.

Whip the cream until semi-stiff and pour over the warm casserole. Decorate with powdered sugar and mint if desired.
