Instructions:

For Bacon and Eggs, place breakfast bacon in batches in a hot skillet and fry briefly on each side until crispy.

Turn a few times. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Heat oil in same skillet, drop in eggs. Season with salt and pepper and sauté over medium heat until done, place on top of bacon. Sprinkle with the chives.
